At Blueskygellak.nl there are several payment options:
- iDEAL (only possible in the Netherlands), iDEAL is a safe and widely used online payment method.
- Bank transfer. This goes like this:
After placing your order you will receive an e-mail containing the order/invoice number
and our invoice is stated.
When we have received your payment, your order will be shipped.
- MrCash and Klarna: online payment system for customers from Belgium.
- Various credit cards, such as Mastercard
The prices at Blueskygellak.nl include VAT!
Shipment
If your order has been received by us before 14:00 and we have received the payment,
we ship the order the same day.
If one of several products is not in stock, you will be notified.
The missing products will be delivered free of charge as soon as possible.
Many products can go through the letterbox, but if an order is larger, shipping will take place with a track & trace code.
No shipping costs will be charged on orders over €25!
On orders below €25,- €3.50- will be charged in shipping costs.
For customers outside the Netherlands (Belgium) € 11,- shipping costs will be calculated due to higher shipping costs.
Didn't receive your order
In this case, we advise you to contact us, stating your order/invoice number.
For packages with a track & trace code, we can track the package.
Receiving package
If your order can go through the letterbox, it is not necessary to stay at home for this.
If your order cannot go through the letterbox and you are not at home when the package is delivered, the delivery person will leave a "not at home message".
You can pick up the package at the address stated on this "not at home message".
Returns
You can return a product if it is unopened and undamaged.
1. As a customer, you have 14 days to cancel your order (report your return).
2. After this notification, you have another 14 days to actually return the product.
3. The refund must be processed within 14 days of the return notification.
Since we offer the lowest prices for Bluesky Gel Polish and work with low margins, shipping costs will be deducted when returning the entire order!

Returning an Order
You must return the damaged or defective product within 7 days.
Products must not be opened or used.
After we receive the product, we will, depending on the agreement, send you the same product or a replacement, or refund the amount to your account within 14 days.
Unfortunately, a refund is not possible if you have opened and/or used the product, or if you purchased a product from a special offer.
No refund will be given for complaints that are not reported in a timely manner.
Right of Withdrawal
For delivery of products:
When purchasing products, the consumer has the right to cancel the agreement without giving reasons within 14 days.
This cooling-off period begins on the day after the consumer, or a representative designated in advance by the consumer and notified to the company, receives the product.
During the cooling-off period, the consumer will handle the product and packaging with care. They will only unpack the product to the extent necessary (do not use it for hygiene reasons) to assess whether they wish to keep the product.
If the consumer exercises their right of withdrawal, they will return the product with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging to the entrepreneur, in accordance with the reasonable and clear instructions provided by the entrepreneur.
If the consumer wishes to exercise their right of withdrawal, they are obligated to notify the entrepreneur within 14 days of receiving the product.
The consumer must notify the entrepreneur using the model form or another means of communication, such as email. After the consumer has indicated their intention to exercise their right of withdrawal, they must return the product within 14 days.
The consumer must prove that the delivered goods were returned on time, for example, with proof of shipment.
If the consumer has not indicated their intention to exercise their right of withdrawal or has not returned the product to the entrepreneur after the periods specified in paragraphs 2 and 3 have expired, the purchase is final. Costs in case of withdrawal
The consumer bears the direct costs of returning the product.
If the consumer has paid an amount, the entrepreneur will refund this amount as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after withdrawal.
This is subject to the condition that the product has already been received by the online retailer or conclusive proof of complete return can be provided.
Refunds will be made via the same payment method used by the consumer, unless the consumer explicitly consents to a different payment method.
In the event of damage to the product due to careless handling by the consumer, the consumer is liable for any diminished value of the product.
The consumer cannot be held liable for diminished value of the product if the entrepreneur has not provided all legally required information about the right of withdrawal; this must be done before concluding the purchase agreement.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The entrepreneur may exclude the consumer's right of withdrawal for products as described in paragraphs 2 and 3.
The exclusion of the right of withdrawal only applies if the entrepreneur has clearly stated this in the offer, at least in good time before the conclusion of the agreement.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal is only possible for products:
that have been created by the entrepreneur according to the consumer's specifications;
that are clearly personal in nature;
that cannot be returned due to their nature;
that can spoil or become obsolete quickly;
whose price is subject to fluctuations in the financial market over which the entrepreneur has no influence; for individual newspapers and magazines;
for audio and video recordings and computer software of which the consumer has broken the seal;
for hygienic products of which the consumer has broken the seal.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal is only possible for services
Special Offers
If you have placed an order and a short time later the same product appears to be discounted, you cannot claim a refund for the price difference.
Every retailer can discount products at any time. You decide when to purchase products.
Special offers cannot be exchanged!
Complaints or Questions In case of complaints, a consumer should first contact the retailer.
If the online store is affiliated with WebwinkelKeur and if complaints cannot be resolved amicably, the consumer should contact WebwinkelKeur (www.webwinkelkeur.nl), which will mediate free of charge.
